If not personalised item can be returned for an exchange of size or refund for 30 days.

Return postage costs are the customer's responsibility.

All items must be returned in their original condition; unused, unworn and in their original packaging with tags attached.Please ensure that any dog hair is removed from the inside and outside of the item or we will be unable to process your return.
When trying on for size please ensure it is done inside on a clean dog.
